The following seminars are scheduled either regularly or if/when sufficient interest warrants the offering. Topics can also be addressed in individual counselling sessions when seminar in group format is not available.

"Anger And Its Many Faces"

A five week seminar offering a thorough and practical look at anger and its generators. Learn how to deal with frustration, hurt and fear before they are expressed as anger. Regular fee for 10 hours of one on one counselling is $1200. Subsidized cost is only $97 per person. Facilitated by Roxanne Hansen. February 28 - March 28, 2023, 7-9:00pm.

"Active Parenting Of Teens"

A six week video seminar offering skills, discussion and support to guide your teens through the most turbulent period of their lives. TBA

"Understanding Grief and Loss"

Explore the grief process to facilitate understanding of,  and healing for those who are struggling with loss, change or separation from loved ones. Facilitated by Roxanne Hansen. TBA.

"Walking Alongside the Depressed"

A seminar enabling participants to understand depression and current treatments, to encourage friends and family to helpfully walk alongside those struggling with depression. TBA.
