How Do Employees Access SEAP?

SELF-REFERRAL

Simply call Lifetalk at 403-362-2210 to arrange an appointment, then bring proof of employment with the contracted company such as a recent pay stub or company provides a regularly updated employee list. Family members need to also produce an Alberta Health Care Card indicating they are dependents of the employee. Any questions will be clarified with the Company.

COMPANY REFERRAL

When company management may be involved by recommending SEAP to the employee or assists in making the appointment. Counselling information remains confidential.

  • Enable them to work through personal, emotional & relationship issues before these impact the workplace.


CONTRACT

To set up a SEAP contract for your company, contact the Executive Director at exec.director@lifetalkcounselling.ca.

Offers up to 6 (or as negotiated) sessions for each employee and their family members per year.

Cost

Company pays $145/hour rate for actual usage as invoiced monthly.
